Visit Me!
Three Sisters into the deep valley below,
I came to this famous Australian tourist destination approximately 2 hours coach ride from Sydney and I overheard a tourist behind me who had just arrived here for the first time this was her reaction
“We came all this way and for what, a few Rocks and a few small hills you call these mountains you have got to be joking.”
This still sticks in my mind as It was when I took this Photo.
Please click on the photo its well worth a closer look!

You have captured them beautifully! You were standing on the lookout which was built on Eagle point and I know exactly how you feel.
I take it you can no longer go out onto the first sister as I had when I was a teenager. that was a very very very scary trek down the side of the pinnacle [the other side to what’s in your pic] with only a bit of plumber’s pipe to hold onto and the track was only two foot wide! Now that was an adventure! :O)
I always love your art work you capture our gorgeous scenery so well! :O)

I heard a north American (I think Canadian) visitor telling a friend the other day that she wouldn’t have come all this way if she’d known it was just to see a whole lot of trees! I politely pointed out to her that the landscape is millions of years older than just about any other part of Earth and that some of those trees have been there since the Jurassic period.
