Klamato, the Duchess of Floating Galveston by

From high atop the algae-slicked concrete piers of Galveston’s central infraskeleton ruled Klamato, once a pufftavern slattern and ragwoman risen to ruthless corrupt bureaucrat and Crosser tool of the Nons, enemies of The Thousand Races. Klamato ruled the city’s burgeoning dens of iniquity during the Gulf Reclamation VII, widely regarded as the most shockingly violent recovery period of the endless cycle of environmental collapse that came to define the region.
