Miners in the Thett Highlands wear Klamps as valuable companions in the mines. Their zipperlike legs seal suits and their foreheads glow.
Another pencil sketch from my Random Folk series, illustrations, often anthropomorphic or surreal which I allow to emerge from a random scattering of lines on a paper. I call the technique ‘combing my brain’ and some of my best pieces had their foundations in supposedly random lines. I like to think it’s akin to automatic writing, or perhaps a glimpse into my subconscious. Or perhaps it’s a perception of some other place in the universe.
