From my pen and ink phase, early 1990s. I was just entering the comics publishing world and black and white ruled. The subject matter suggests a dream source, or perhaps it came from one of my exercises of turning my subconscious loose on random scribbles on a page.

    This is very strange and at first, I thought it was War of the Worlds. I really like the boot like feet and the poor creature being drained.
