With thanks to H. P. Lovecraft. Over the years I’ve created numerous human-shaped/sized monsters in an attempt to visualize Lovecraft’s ghouls, but despite wildly differing features, they all, more or less, work to fill the bill: undead, beast-featured, either deeply immersed in their own occulted plans or howling in misery as they feel their bodies decrepify.
