    Hi Pete,
This one is very light hearted. What is a tooloo? I love the touched of colour on her shoes. Nice one.

  • ‘Tooloo’ is a reference to ‘Cthulhu’ a mythical world-consuming monster central to the works of author H.P. Lovecraft.

    Romantic.

  • Yeah, I think I did this in a coffeehouse trying to woo some girl with Lovecraft!

Different strokes – Great Interpretation of all that is Howard (including his perceived problems with the ladies….)

  • I remember reading in his biography that Lovecraft’s wife, Sonia Greene, described him as “adequately fulfilling” his side of their brief marriage, and in later studies in psychology I recall a lot of Freudian symbolism among his monstrous creations, but from reading his letters it seems that he just never really had any interest in the opposite sex. Talk about fear of the unknown!
