Trees of Polgooth by

Another image inspired by an earlier photograph called The Faraway Tree.

Polgooth is a small Cornish Village to the west of St Austell. We were staying at Bosinver Farm Cottages (www.bosinver.co.uk) and set off early on the first morning to collect the daily papers and supplies from the local village of Polgooth. Little did we know that the footpath leading to the village was also a bridle way and virtually impassable due to the mud. We soldiered on and half way along the route I looked up and saw these amazing trees looming over us. The rest as they say is photoshop.

Trees of Polgooth on the RedBubble Home page on 6th May 2010 = one very happy and excited photographer.

Phantastic tree-shot. I like the angle and the arrangement.
