The clothes and cars change their design, but this image could easily be from an older time zone. The saying “The more things change, the more they stay the same” springs to mind.

Yes as a matter of fact it was taken in Toronto, right outside of Union Station and across the street from The Royal York Hotel.

I thought it was! – I remembered the clock from when I visited there 2 years ago! I have a pretty good memory – but amazed myself that I remembered that!
