The Wild Hunt
i have not photographed nature for a long time- when I started photography in High School it was all I took photos of. Always though there was an element of Victorian Gothic fantasy to it- dead trees, crows, that sort of thing. I’m trying for a more esoteric vibe in this attemp at returning to nature photography, and hope I don’t end up back in ‘goff’ camp. :)

It’s very dark, mysterious – I like the way the roots cling to the rock and the leaves on the trunk on shining.
