The First Spaceman
I am currently reading the book ‘The Space Race: The Battle to Rule the Heavens’ by Deborah Cadbury and it has inpired this design.
The Vostok 1 mission was the first time anyone had journeyed into outer space and the first time anyone had entered into orbit. The Vostok 1 was launched by the Soviet space program on April 12, 1961 and designed by the Soviet rocket scientists Sergey Korolyov and Kerim Kerimov.
Yuri Gagarin became the first human in space and the first to orbit the Earth.
