Feeling Alone
Do you ever feel alone? Even when there are so many people around you??? Constant chatter, always something going on….but, you still feel so alone?
Sometimes it is like no one sees you, loves you or hears you…?? Like you do not exist???
Do you ever feel unappreciated? It is like you are expected to do and be….but no one cares how you feel……only how they feel? You wonder whether anyone will ever truly care about you?
It is a loney place to be….You are not alone in feeling this way…..You are not alone!

We can all feel lonely in a crowded room but that feeling is just that , a feeling.
Truth is you are never alone because you are important to all those who have any contact with you, no matter how slight. Without you they will be lesser people.
YOU are important.
That feeling of lonliness is not.

Hi Monica , Have u ever heard of Louise Hay ? she has helped me handle lifes up n downs for years . Check out here website and if u sign up for her newsletter u willl ge a free audio with a mediation at the end . She has a cd that I have listen to at least 1,000000 times called 101 Power Thoughts becuz I have always felt a sense of being lonely at different times in my life but I feel so empowered after listening to the wisdom of Louise hay . i do not believe I would be here…. still sane without her !:) if u can find that cd 101 Power Thoughts then put it in your car and anytime u can listen to it over and over and trust me u will be glad u did . She taught me to know i was good enough and worth loving !!!
