I actually took this through my windshield while driving through Lowell, Massachusetts USA. It was pouring out and I was on my way home from an appointment. Taken 10/27/10.
Nikon D300, Photomatix and finished in Picasa (1 raw image), 200 ISO, handheld, 70×300 Nikon Lens.
