CLEVELAND – The brand spanking new Ernst & Young Tower is located along the water’s edge of the Cuyahoga River in the Flats East Bank district of downtown Cleveland. Started back in 2011, this building has turned out to be one of the nicest additions to the sparse but exciting city skyline. Built for anchor tenant, Ernst & Young accounting services firm, the building is already over 80% occupied as the huge Cleveland based law firm, Tucker & Ellis have joined the roster of companies relocating here. The new skyscraper has not even officially opened yet!The tower has sparked new and improved confidence in skyscraper construction in downtown Cleveland.
At 18 stories, it is well over the 12 stacked story mark to be considered a high rise. The building is about 240 feet tall and incorporates some 450,ooo sq. ft. in office space.
An Aloft Hotel is attached to the base and has enough rooms for a 150 guests. The hotel will feature a super funky trendy re:xism bar.
