There’s no better medium for art or graphic design than canvas. Our prints are solid yet refined works of art in their own right. Add a striking and unique masterpiece to any room.
Art comes in many shapes and sizes, and our canvas prints are built to fit each of them. The final dimensions will depend on the image you choose, but to give you an idea, here are the most common photographic sizes:
another image from my latest Zeiss Ikon series
I exposed a piece of photographic paper in this camera
then I developed this paper negative in solution of instant coffee and washing soda. Scanned, inverted and adjusted in photoshop
alternative process, blue, film photography, girl, ikon, lady, sad, soxy, woman, zeiss
Soxy moves between different media, recycling, assembling, capturing and bringing previously unseen things to the surface. If she’s not creating something visual she will be singing and making music….
I love this!!!!!!! :)
so do I!!!!!! I can’t believe it…these paper negs have been sitting undeveloped for several months…..only made myself deal with them tonight…..I love doing these thingsxx thank you!

this one is so pretty makes me want to go to sleep and dream!
isn’t it just sooo super dreamy? I love it to bitsthank you!
its awesome stuff, honestly. did you record how long you developed the negs for in the solution and the quantities of soda and coffee? I’m really loved to hear a full account of it by bubblemail if possible? Also what sort of exposure times did you use on the camera etc? oooo its so exciting….
I just watch the developing and pull it out when I think it is done…there is a lot of leeway because photoshop is so clever…even so I haven’t had to do much adjusting at all. I have a way of working out my paper exposures but it involves lots of experience and guess work (and magic, I’m big on that!)coffee chemistry is in one of my journals way back but I shall find the link and let you know. I’m so pleased you find it exciting too! thank you!
Very dreamy…. :)
are you dreamy? have you had a good night out?this is my fave of the whole lot I think. I’m very pleased with my evenings work: )
thank you, I’ve very pleased
thanks for visiting…this didn’t look much as a neg but I thought it would be something special!
really lovely… great tones and subject. what a gorgeous result
yes the subject may have to be a subject again after the success of this. I was thrilled to see ithope you are wellthank you!xx
Soxy this is so wonderfully dreamy…this series is a refreshing reminder that in a world filled with megapixels and Photoshop the most important thing is still the artist and that wonderful initial spark of creativity.
thank you Jim, that’s a lovely thing to say.I delight myself with this work and I am eager to do more
This makes me feel a little woosy?
