Breath of Winter
Walking though the countrside near Stirling one January I saw this boy shivering in the cold. Unlike his companion he was hardly dressed for the weather and seemed chilled to the bone.

lovely capture, I want to buy him a coat, emily.

I don’t blame you Emily. You wonder how he was allowed to go out without his coat. Thank you for your comment.

another perfect capture and another perfect expression – i think his hand gesture is as suggestive as his eye contact with you and the camera – love the way the boy is turning away in the back – such a contrast to the directness of the other boy.

Thank you Deborah for your perceptive comment.

Thanks for your kind words, Maggie.Way back then the first hint of winter had Graany busy with her knitting needles getting ready the next batch of balaclavas.
