Brenda and Davie

Another image from the early 1960s that somehow never got printed (until now). I like the co-existence of the child’s and the adult’s life on the one stage, so to speak. Scotland 1963. Camera was Mamiya C3, taken by natural iight.

Another wonderful moment of someone’s life captured David – i love the way the child stares at you and the almost suppressed smile of the man – also love how the fire glows – makes you love family life and see it isn’t always about materialism.
