Steel rail to Agawa Canyon, Ontario Canada by

This was taken along a portion of the rail line near the start of the famous Agawa Canyon train tour just north of Sault Ste. Marie. This is a one day tour that goes about 114 miles north of the Sault and into the Agawa Canyon. Over the years this has become an increasingly popular tour especially in the fall when leaves are at their best and advance reservations are advised. The train takes you through some of the most pristine forest in the Province of Ontario Canada. Best times for the leaves is the last two weeks of September and the first week in October. This was taken on the 8th of October a few years back with my former camera.

WOW – my camera only goes down to 100 iso – beautiful natural colours – just a lovely composition – a fave

  • Thanks Jules. For some reason that camera has lower ISO capability. It is my backup camera now so I usually don’t post photos taken with it. As I’ve noted elsewhere, I don’t think you can really notice the difference between 100 and 64 ISO but its nice to have that option.
