I like to visit Ashbridges Bay in the winter. The waves can be among the most impressive along the Toronto waterfront. Some years the ice grows thick and allows you to walk close to the water’s edge up high and then you can get some phenomenal sprays. Well this wasn’t one of those years and I had to settle for some close up wave action and icicles. It was still nice.
