These are some thumbprint cookies that I made for Christmas, along with 4 other varieties of cookies. It just brings such a warm fuzzy feeling to the house, not to mention it smells good. I have such good memoreies growing up with Christmas cookies always baking. And what FUN to frost and decorate some of them. I tell myself every November “I am not making any Chritmas cookies this year, too much work!” And, every year I do, and I make way too many. But, for some reason, they always ALL get eaten. :P
