I am an American who has married a Brit,in Britain, (Howard) I’ve lived and worked in Britain for most of my life since 1973. I have dual citizenship. I have been a singer/songwriter since my teens and worked with a variety of bands in the 60s. I became involved with an Episcopal Church worship group in Houston, Tx. and we moved to Britain in ‘73. I met and married Howard, and we adopted a family of two boys and two girls in 1986. Later, I trained as an Arts Psychotherapist working with image primarily while working with clients. I love integrating various art forms and feel that this redbubble group will provide just the creative challenge I have been needing in my retirement. When I was at Uni in the US, I took a creative writing course and sold some poetry and self help articles. Hope this may stir some of those creative instincts again. Also look forward to making new friends.
I have retired from private practice now due to ill health and am registered disabled due to auto immune illnesses. But I am eager to participate in all the opportunities available.
