Misty Mendenhall by Dave Hampton Juneau, Alaska
I was very lucky with this one. Juneau is a temperate rain forest that receives 70-80 inches of rain a year. It rains almost everyday there. This day was no exception. I was hiking around this lake when the glacier just popped out of the fog. I had maybe a minute to snap off a few shots before it was gone again. A shot that I was happy to get.
