Emerald Lake Evening
I stayed at a campground about 15 minutes away then drove to the lake during the evening. When I set up my camera to take a photo, someone in a canoe went by and ruined the reflection so I headed up the trail and found a quiet spot. Once in a while a fish broke the surface and caused small ripples across the water. When the water was calm, I took the shot of the sun fading on the mountains. Trying to find a good foreground was challenging as there wasn’t much but these rocks added depth of field.

Great shot S. The reflection is beautiful the rocks in the foreground do add that desired depth. Well done mate.
