About Me:

I am 26 years old, currently living north of Denver, Colorado. I was born and raised in Novato, California, and have also spent some time living in Orlando, Florida. I have degrees in Music Business and Recording Arts, and have a particular love for Electronic Music. I enjoy writing music, listening to mixes, and think a day spent thumbing through vinyl at the record store is a good one. I also think a day spent in the mountains or by the ocean is a good one. I love spending time in nature, especially when I can experience it from the back for a horse, or while walking with my dog. I support animal welfare, and volunteer for shelters, rescues, and organizations that fight for the end of breed-specific legislation. I love to read, and enjoy a variety of books from popular fiction to eastern philosophy. I think life is an great adventure and hope to enjoy every minute of it.

About my Photography:

My love for photography when growing up has recently been rekindled and taken to another level thanks to the accessibility and unique qualities of digital photography. After taking a few years to study techniques, find a style I enjoyed, and learn from other artists, I feel that I am beginning to reach into my own understanding of the art. I love photography for the way each arist can capture the world and use their own tools to interpret and communicate their vision of it. I enjoy utilizing post processing techniques, and use colors, emphasis, and focus, in order to display a particular message. I like to include quotations with the photos, as a way to give the photo even greater meaning. I have always felt that quotes can give us an outside perspective to an inner feeling. Photography can also do the same, and I hope that by combining both, the viewer can receive an even greater impact and source for inspiration. I know this will continually be a learning and exploring process for me, and this is just the beginning of my journey with photography. I am so grateful to have this artistic outlet, and truly appreciate the opportunity to share it with you.
