Catalin, thnks for your kind words. I really like the pics with the horses I have always loved them, in fact I grew up around them. My father came home one day to find out I let out about 10 of our horses I wanted them to be free! He didn’t feel the same .

In Spain we also enjoy watching horses being trained. And then when they display all what they have learnt until perfection. The most beautiful ones are the Arabs. They are trained in the south, in Andalucía, Al-Andalus, we’re the gypsies and gypsies descendants will train them. The gypsies here also have Arab blood, well us, most Spaniards have after a 800 years invasion.
Now, recently, I moved to northern lands in Europe and I miss my homeland. And I watched this photograph hours ago, now I come back to watch it again.
Cause it makes me feel home.

I know very little things about ’’exposure time’’ or ’’lenses’’ ‘or ’’captions’’. I’m afraid the ’’very nice shot’’ it’s not my style.

Beautiful photo….. it looks as though the wind was blowing real strong…but the handler’s hat woud have been gone. So I am thinking you caught the stallion tossing his head?...Or the horse wears a lot of hair gel….nonetheless its a strong image. May I ask if it was altered? Or is this just digital photography at its best?
