Giant in the Sun
Mt.Feathertop is the second highest mountain in Victoria at 1922m. Here by chance it was brilliantly lit up by a brief opening in the clouds, while the ridges in between stayed shaded.

Thanks James! It was taken with a telephoto from the north side of Mt.Higginbotham at Mt.Hotham, you can just make out the Mt.Hotham resort boundary pole line in the enlarged view in the right half of the image.
