So grand. (which could be a bit of a play on words as well. :)

  • Do you mean “tin roof”? That idea flickered in the back of my mind but here the cat is really on the roof and Gosha can hear its claws against the metal… thank you!

    Bravo, Nikolay!
I know “universal” is overly used, but to me this captures the universal wonder of childhood …the addition of the leaves is perfect. Growth and discovery.
    Lena’s boy?

  • He is, Margot! The younger. He’ll be two eand of the month. Thank you for remembering and kind words. Just made a series of him and Cola and how perfectly they cooperate togeter.

Goodness me… I’m very glad for the title! Without knowing that there’s a cat, this could well be a depiction of a despairing child. What a fabulous black and white! Wonderful light and textures, Nikolay!

  • Agree, Mieke. A title, if any, may help create the context…Glad it came out right this time, although devising titles is more a torture than delight. Thank you very much for viewing and putting my old kettle on fire:-)))
