Oh Noooo! He's got me!!!!!!!!!

I remember this old monkey tree from when I was a kid. Didn’t know that it had monkeys laying in wait within it’s branches though. My daughter found out the hard way one day. Kinda silly lol!
But what really comes to my mind when I look at this picture is that old saying…...
YOU HAVE A MONKEY ON YOUR BACK!
Well….. are you walking around with a monkey on your back? Most of us are. “Monkeys” are our
worries, regrets, anger and guilt that never keep quiet and they refuse to sit still. They are born from the more than 50,000 thoughts each of us think each day, largely about things we cannot control, do not wish to see happen, won’t have time to experience or can’t let go. When it comes to mind and spirit self-improvement, monkeys are what hold us back from thinking clearly, reaching our goals and feeling more peaceful.
I know with me the sky is the limit when my creative gears really start to turn. That is unless…....
I happen to throw a monkey wrench in there lol.
