The Challenge was: Baking [it had to be baking in the oven, not cooking, not only used as deco or for dessert like panna cotta, mousse – BAKING was the challenge, might it be sweet or other recipes.] and it should be something with walnuts. So I decided to create some pizze – kids love them as well as adults and both might try it – and to include ingredients typical for autumn with a recipe as simply to do as possible also for kids. And recipes with typical regional ingredients – fusion food Italy and Bavaria. This recipe is one of three recipes.
