Easy made: Smoked Trout arranged with slices of cucumber and kohlrabi, Vol-Au-Vent (Mille feuilles, filo, baked in mini muffin moulds some the day or some hours before), filled with creamy fresh cheese or crème fraîche, arranged with some leaves of radish cress, dill, radish, wasabi, a pinch of salt and pepper and lemon juice for the vegetables – simply and perfect

Photography crossed my life during work as a lawyer/speaker for malpractice + health law. Surprisingly agencies asked for my photography – so unexpectedly it became 2nd part of my professional life.
