“Obazda” is a delicious, bavarian classical cheese cream, made with ingredients camembert, creamy cheese, spices like pepper, cayenne and herbals like chives. It’s typical in bavarian restaurants and biergarten. I love to use Limburger instead of camembert from time to time and to add radish and serve it with such “Laugenmuggerl”, a kind of Laugengebäck like Brezn. For picnics, lunchbox – You may also fill it in glasses for transport for picnic or to serve it at buffet and bread and brezn or baguette and ciabatta in a basket beside of the glasses or small bowl or cups.
