Photography crossed my life during work as a lawyer/speaker for malpractice + health law. Surprisingly agencies asked for my photography – so unexpectedly it became 2nd part of my professional life. Now love to do §§ + pixel. I am mother of a wonderful son – an european lawyers student. So I took the chance of life again-now living at “Blaues Land” , south of Munich, close to the Alpes and adding nature photography to §§ and food beside of work as “online publisher”

It looks really lovely, what sort of potatoes are you using? and do you use any oil or seasoning?
Hello Hege, sorry for the delay of my answer – been too busy with other tasks unfortunately. I prefer floury potatoes, sliced very thin. Put on baking paper some drops of oil, then slices of potatoes, some drops of oil and then cover it with baking paper again. Put some heavy gratin plate onto it. And bake it in the preheated oven only few minutes. Pepper, Cayenne and Salt are added after baking it that way. ;-)
