Canon 40d, 100 mm
One of my first experiences with garbanzo, a creamy and easy to do soup, with only a few ingredients: Garbanzo (chickpeas), cooked and heated in milk (or half and half milk and cream). Some of the chickpeas mixed up with the soup for a creamy texture, adding fresh parsley , a pinch of salt and pepper and served with smoked char. Char is a lovely fish from the “trout family”. Smoking fish is not that difficult if You once try it and You’ll love it and the delicate flavour and taste
