The Cruciform Tree
Another shot of what I call the Cruciform Tree. This tree is a sculpture of nature. It is situated in Malta, vicinty of Rabat on the main road leading to it from the direction of Attard.
I posted this one in addition th my previous BW shot because it shows the actual tree better I think. Just to prove to you its a real tree :)
The below is a link to the BW image.
There are absolutely no manipulations in this shot. Just the standard tweaking of colour and levels.
The Cruciform Tree belongs to the following groups:

The twisted tree makes a wonderful subject and I don’t know if it’s my imagination but the form of christ on the cross seems to be so evident to me in it Astrid, well captured indeed,
Regards, Rod.

As I commented the first time there was no description on the image but now i see it and it’s not my imagination after all.

This is an amazing capture of this wonderful tree, Astrid!

I thought this was a bit more evident than my first version Marie. Sometimes it can be a little hard for people who have not witnessed this tree to believe it’s real!
