THAT HORNEY FENCE
LAST WEEK, NOVEMBER 20, 2009, I DROVE DOWN TO MY FISHING PARTNERS HOUSE IN VALLEJO, CALIFORNIA. UPON MY ARRIVAL, I NOTICED THIS QUITE UNIQUE LOOKING FENCE ART, THAT WASN’T THERE ONLY TWO WEEKS BEFORE THIS. AND I EVEN PARKED IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE, SO IT CAUGHT MY EYE REAL QUICK. WHEN I LOOKED AT IT UP CLOSE, I NOTICED IT WAS MADE UP FROM PARTS OF TRUMPETS, FRENCH HORNS, TUBAS AND GAS LINE FLEX PIPE. I ALSO NOTICED A COUPLE OF AIR, OR DESEL HORNS IN THE MIX. THE TITLE OF THE PHOTOART IMAGE CAME TO ME WITH NO PROBLEM. AS SOO AS I GOT FINISHED WITH IT IN ADOBE PHOTOSHOP I GAVE IT A TITLE OF “THAT HORNEY FENCE”. FOR SOME REASON IT JUST SEEMED TO FIT. I USED MY KODAK EASYSHARE Z710 CAMERA TO GET THE ORIGINAL IMAGE.

This is incredible,congradulate him on inventivness. Thank you so much for your prayers.My Chewbacca sounds well named.I have a dog,Rosie who is part beagle and lab,she looks like a short stocky red-lab,and weighs about 50-55lbs.She’s the guard dog I was talking about.It just so happens,she decided she wanted to stay in that day I never saw Mango again.Actually I han’t seen her since the night before when I gave her a hug.We went out to pick up my man’s hod-carrier & our friend to cash Donny[myMan’s] paycheck and pay our friend ,then we brought him back home,went to Donny’s family’s home,ended up staying later than normal because they were playing pool in the garage.I didn’t see Mango,before we left,but that’s generally normal[I gave up tying? her on,because she’d wrap around the trees and couldn’t unwrap.Anyway if you’ll see the photos I have of Cataract Park,that is my extended back yard.I don’t know if a hunter would have shot her or if someone took her,or she got hit by a car and was able to wander far enough off the road for no one to find her.She like to wander aways.Sometimes she would accompany our neighbors for long walks,everyone loved her and she everyone,that’ why I’m hoping someone just took her.She hated the sound of gun fire and had been spending her days indoors,but I never saw her that morning to let her in.And she has been known to be gone about 36 hours at the very most[dead animal guarding]so I figured at first that was why she hadn’t been back yet.When she wasn’t home by Sunday night[Fri.was last time I saw her-Sat.was the day we were gone for about12 hours],then I knew something was wrong.My neighbors fed her all the time,too.OKAY,This has gotten long.Thank you again,perhaps if someone took her,they will come back to the park or it’s just taking her time to find away back-she’s a smart dog and would never really leave us or her step?sister dog Rosie,who keeps staring off to the park-poor thing.But then I named her Rosie for her rosie disposition,considering she was born in my garage,and the rest of her family seems to have wandered off,leaving her with me.I had prayed for a guard dog and got Rosie,my baby dog,even though she is 9.Mango and her were such good buds.I named Mango after the name of the character on Saturday Night Live-even though she was a female,she had that funny 2 sided face,though you could still tell that she might have wolf in her,and husky & possibly shepherd .She wasn’t to big though,also weighing around 50-60lbs.

I’M SURE ROSIE MISSES HER PLAY MATE ALSO. WHENEVER I’VE HAD TO BE IN THE HOSPITAL FOR AN EXTENDED STAY, SAY 8 DAYS, MY TWO KIDS GO NUTS FOR THE FIRST 7 DAYS. ACCORDING TO MY MOM, THEY DON’T EAT FOR THE FIRST THREE DAYS, THEN THEY CONTINUE TO LOOK FOR ME IN EVERY ROOM FOR ABOUT A WEEK. IT SEEMS ABOUT THE TIME THEY’VE ACCEPTED ME NOT BEING THERE, I SHOW UP AT HOME AGAIN. BOY DO THEY GO NUTS WHEN THEY SEE ME COMING IN THE HOUSE. SO, I CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR PAIN, I MISS MINE EVEN IF I’M JUST IN THE HOSPITAL FOR ONE DAY, LET ALONE 8 DAYS. I HOPE YOUR MANGO IS JUST LOST AND COMES BACK HOME TO YOU. BOB

THANK YOU ELLEN, IT REALLY SURPRISED ME WHEN IT SHOWED UP ABOUT 3 HOURS AFTER I POSTED IT. THAT IS THE FASTEST ANY OF MY IMAGES HAS EVER MADE IT TO A FEATURE. I’M REALLY DISCOVERING THAT I LIKE SLIGHTLY ALTERED IMAGERY, GIVING IT THAT SINCE OF WHIMSICKLE REALISM. BUT, I’M ALSO FINDING OUT THAT UMUNGEST SOME OF THE BUBBLERS OUT HER, I’M AN AMMETUERE WHEN IT COMES TO ANYTHING OTHER THAN DIRECT PHOTOGRAPHY. MY ART ABILITIES ARE NOT AS FOCUSSED AS OTHER ARTISTS THAT I’VE SEEN AND FAVORITED AND VOTED FOR IN CHALLENGES.
