I can’t think straight anymore
A blanket of darkness descends
Silence ensures my fear
I look on as she pretends
Its all lies and I know it
Do I deserve this?
Have I made some mistake
In trusting you?
I look deep into her eyes
I ask her where she’s been
I see through all her lies
Tears can’t wash them clean
How do you find forgiveness
For the love of weakness?
How do you learn to love again
When trust is full of pain?
