The Emperor ~ IV
Model: Benjamin Sowell
I have to say I really miss Benji… he was one of the good ones… one of the few. One of those who you can still smell even after years have passed, and still makes the heart pang a bit in revisiting that aroma.
The Emperor ~ IV belongs to the following groups:
Gay Men, Practising the Dark Arts and Tarot: Map Of Consciousness Available for sale asGreeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints, Framed Prints and Posters

Green and Blue in motion.
Rooted to earth and heaven..in motion.
The Emperor..here is too young.
And is looking to the audience…so..as a young man. The world is moving around him…. he´s looking for a prince for helping him in the governing of the realm. Unstable….having all the power but not wishing to use it. Will need the help of some older minister. Or an older Empress….acting as a wise and creative companion.

Given the empress is my mother, I can only imagine the deeper implications there… lol. You are right though. My original Emperor was based around a statue of Achilles, and so suffered the same youthful, impulsive incongruence with the traditional card meaning as does Benjie. I was breaking up with him as I finished this set though, and I gave him the gift of relative immortality in my life’s eye. He wanted it, as I was the one to leave, and he, though 5 years my senior, had a constitution 10 years less solid. Sweet boy, but too soft for my tongue’s rasp.
