Crazy Sunbaker
Here is my cat Ghost, captured as I popped out to give her breakfast this morning 10-03-09, sunbaking in a most unusual spot – the hanging planter on the landing, about normal ceiling height!
I know she loves to get into my planters on the windowsill of my 1st floor apartment, but they are on the inside !!!!

That’s funny Sky….......LOL. Cats do get into the most unusual places. We have a cat that loves to sit on the roof and watch the world go by.

Ghost’s mum like to hide in the inner section of my futon/couch (kalaryder will appreciate this, got the futon from her). Her sister A-Wahoo likes to sleep in cupboards, so a spare one is kept free for her in the kitchen

Great capture, sure looks like it’s pretty high from the ground.

the building is from the 20s-30s era, so the landing height is roughly about the same level as the 12’ ceilings inside

My favourite aspect of this shot (apart from how zany Ghost is being) would be the blissful way she has her face turned to the sun to soak up the rays

Great capture- love the head back look so she gets all the rays! Cats do the strangest things sometimes!

What can I say – she is a quirky cat! She grew up on a 25 acre farm in mid-Victoria, so has done well to adjust to living in a very busy inner-suburbia house block :)
