Artist Statement:
Car nuggets are to cars as chicken nuggets are to chickens, they are the essence of car, all the suface seduction and formal beauty without the guts and bones of the real thing. They are a sort of concentrated “carness” that is incredibly appealing but not actually useful. (Patricia Piccinini)

The orange car nugget has a series of wonderful swirls, in homage to the art of customisation.
