This image is of an elder man that lives up the gulf from me a little.. I happen to have caught him on his way in from a hard day fishing. We are in a ‘no wake zone’ so I was blessed with the time to to set this shot up!

He is very wise, kind and caring. He has a saying that he says very often, bearing in mind he has made his life solely from the sea. He graciously reminds me often, ‘The oceans been good to me!’

I presented him with a large framed print of this and if I had to bet on it… I saw a tear.
