The Taste of Death

I read this piece The Taste of Life by Rhenastarr and was thinking of the ying and yang of things. The complete opposites in life and spirit, anyway this is the opposite of her wonderful piece.
.
In a dark way…i like it…..it makes me think of the scales of life.

This is very apt today Peter…my business partner Malcolm lost his mother last night…so we are all a bit down today…as you say it makes you think of the scales of life!

So sorry to hear that max…but yes we all live on a scale…

Me thinks this can speak of so many ’ pains ’ one may have in life, moments that we live through tasting that worst kind of bitter… X

In all of life, there is dark and light. Life and death. You have expressed the dark of death perfectly xo

I just opposed Rhenastarr…took her piece and turned it on its head…but thank you christie:)

Both pieces are great. The opposites. The yin and the Yang. Death is also part of life we must accept, but oh, how painful it is when it has to do with a loved one. Iris

it is so hard for all sorts of reasons…missed opportunities hurts the most i think..Thank you Iris

Wow, you were thinking in a different wave than I was. Yes, missed opportunites hurt very bad, especially if you were the one that let them pass by. But sometimes you don’t see opportunity if it hit you in the face. Then it is too late. Iris

  • skinnyman replied

Your so right Iris.We carry on thinking all will be ok in the end, and do little about things that hurt. Mend the bridges.:)
