The link is now mysteriously dead. This coincidentally happened after a person who had been arguing that photographing naked children for art was perfectly fine started sending abusive bmails to 2 females from the discussion (one he knows to be a sexual abuse survivor) and seems to have also been making legal threats, which is mighty ironic considering he was the only one spreading lies.

I suspect that a certain person who made concerted effort to misrepresent the whole debate; who couldn’t hadn’t handle arguing with me and decided to harass someone he knew to be a sexual abusive victim by bmail… Looks like they have maybe come through in their threats.

Trying to find out exactly why.I know that one person who consistently tried to twist what we were saying thought the thread, decided they would stop dealing with me and like a true coward defending a the indefensible instead focused his attentions on sending abusive bmails to someone else on that thread whom he knows to be a sexual abuse survivor.
It appears that he too threatened someone else on that thread with legal action… and I’m guessing RB too!
If that’s the case. It’s a fucking joke that an abusive bully who thinks that photographing naked kids for “art” is just fine can be allowed to throw his weight around…

I’m at a loss as to how any of the content in that thread could be deemed to be illegal?
Did I miss the mention of a person by name that was being singled out? Ie: defamation?
As far as I was concerned it was a thread, a topic in support of children…..
I understand there was a person that did not hold the majority view….there will always be those people.
I can’t understand why a topic cannot be discussed without it turning into a slinging match.
I stand firm to my view on this topic – yet I have to accept there are a small minority that will hold the opposing view.
I’ve come to the conclusion it is not about really changing peoples views rather it is about giving the person on the fence or has no understanding of a topic the opportunity to read and form an opinion based on information.

Hey that’s cowards and bullies for you… any normal personal would just accept that they had been whipped in a debate and either concede or move on quietly.
Though, I’m tempted to, I’ll resist drawing any form conclusions from that he chose to pick on two women off-list instead… a sample base of 3 is a bad size to pull a statistic from.
It would he hard not to identify the person uniquely since they apparently use their real name.
But unless something happned during the night, then I saw nothing libelous. In fact, I saw nothing that could be described as a lie let alone slander/libel/defamation.
In fact the big fat liar who was caught with his pants on fire was big Mister Bullyboy!
Legally libel is much more than “he said something I don’t like about me publicly!!!” It more bound up with the concept of maliciously spreading falsehood.
Like rather than in a public debate with the person saying “What you are saying is equal to…” but more “Mr Gender-specific Bullyboy is a blah blah” “It’s well known that Mr Lying Prick is a blah blah”
Given that nothing like that happened, and at the worst he had a robustly defenable deconstruction of his beliefs presented back to him, there was no defamation.
But, even if there had… Why wasn’t the offending comment removed alone removed, why crack the nut with a sledgehammer???
And if it was RB, what a truly timorous response!
And is actually open to abuse… which could be inspirational…

Stating that someone IS a so and so, can equate to being libelous… BUT… stating that a person, even by NAME is BEHAVING like an obnoxious, overbearing, female-bashing bully or prick, is perfectly legal and even, heaven ferking forbid, politically correct, therefore I would like to say, that in MY opinion, Karl Denton has behaved like an obnoxious, stuck-up, childish, abusive, little, pompous prick! Which, insofar as I’m aware, is perfectly legal! ;-)
