Those are lights in the pavement?? How cooool!! :-)
ok, I’ll explain. The river is right behind me, the tiled are is a fountain with jets that spray mist up and the kids love to play in it. At night they turn the lights on, no water tonight though. Just beyond the fountain is a large grass open space. The use it for events like taste of Tampa where restaurants will set up booths and sell food.Tampa finally has an open urban space thanks to Mayor Iorio.
Thanks for the explanation James :-)Makes the image even more ultra ultra coooool!!… can imagine the kids squealing (oh my poor ears!) with the fun to be had amongst the sprays of water! :-)
