Nikon D200. Nikon 70-300 mm lens.

Two stallions shot running wild and free at Return to Freedom, wild horse sanctuary, in Lompoc, California, U.S. This image was shot as the sun was setting castiing a warm glow over the entire field.

It was so amazing to sit and watch these horses run and cherish their new found freedom.

I added HDR enhancers and a grunge vignette. This is my third attempt at layering….what fun it is too!

I am so not good at layering, but am working on it from a GIMP for Dummies (me) sorta book LOL. This is lovely & looks like an old painting!

  • Thank you Darcy….very much appreciated!!! I have to admit that layering for me has been very hit and miss so far….luckily I have software that you can undo layers if you don’t like them!!!! Now that is software for dummies like me!!!!
