a bronze orb, a new camera and flickr
I had marvelous fun with my new Nikon D60 today at the official opening of the melbourne solar system, originally envisioned by onetonshadow and some guy they call ‘crispy’.
Anyhoo, the sculptures are friggin marvelous, we only got as far as Mars, but many return visits are planned.

The Sun turd is a reasonably accurate impression of the magnetic sun spots that pepper the surface. But Sun turd is quite good too.
