Arts Centre Spire, I get to walk past this most mornings.

I’m so glad the tram stop on St Kilda Rd was moved to be outside the NGV instead of over City Rd.

Cross processed to bring out the golds and blues.

it’s going to be interesting to watch what comes out of the Arts Centre now that the MTC has moved to its own premises. The Arts Centre has taken on a proactive approach to generating shows there now, so theatre in Victoria should receive a nice ‘injection’ of its own.

Nice shot Sjem, I think the shadown breaking up the symetry makes it.

hmmm I saw it as quite phallic too! does that mean I have a dirty mind like Danny?! Great building to shoot, nice capture!

Enjoying your new Nikon toy are you?!? I am in love with my D80 and if I could have its babies I would!

  • sjem © replied

It is way fun. I am already plotting to collect a few lovely lenses, probably a fast 30 mm prime and a wide angle zoom.

  • jemimalovesbigted

oooohhhhh I am drooling at the thought of a big wide angle , even fish eye to play with… Oh for more money to spend on cameras… this is where I would throw it away if I didn’t have a child to support etc….

CS3 is the one for me. I heart curves and hue saturation sliders.

Told you Danny would get irked.

I’m with Scott, it’s the off centre shadow that makes it.
