Profile
I live in Noordhoek a rural suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. My prefered medium to work in is oils.
I started painting in 1997.
In 1991 I graduated from the University of South Africa with a BA degree (Psychology). I then studied at the Ruth Prowse School of Art and Design and did life drawing at the Frank Joubert Art Centre.
I enjoy painting portraits, landscapes, still lifes, wildlife and other animals. I am a member of the Portrait Society of America and I attended 2 of their annual Art of the Portrait Conferences, the first in Philadelphia in 2002, and the second in Dallas in 2006.
