In July 2010 I suffered a major breakdown, this led me to spend time in a mental health ward to help me cope with severe depression, panic and anxiety attacks. I had to find a new focus in life to assist with my recovery. I found photograpghy, it got me outdoors, and helped provide a new outlook on life. Although I am far from being a professional, and do not have many skills in photography, It is something I have found to be inspirational and healing. I hope some of you enjoy the photos I have taken, please provide feedback, both positive and negative to assist me in improving my skills.
