Michael Alesich
I didn’t see Paul either,
But he needs something nourishing.
Simon Sherry replied
You never do (I hear he slinks about in the darkness, commenting on the unwary as he goes)
And yeah, a trip to the grocery store would help ;o)
Rhys McDonald
Quit being so damn good Simon, it’s making everyone else look bad

strangelove
Reminds me of old prisoner of war images.
Simon Sherry replied
That was definitely something in the back of my mind when working on this one, so I’m glad it’s coming across. Some earlier scribbles had some more obvious markers (negative space as bars, etc), but I wanted to leave that as more of a possible interpretation (this is more, to me, about the imprisonment within – as someone who suffers from depression, I can see this as an expression of that sensation, hopefully that’s coming through as well).
Thanks for stopping by and commenting – much appreciated.

Hey Si, looks cool man, as though he is appearing from the shadow of a doorway. i like the pieces falling away from him, he literally looks as though he is wasting away. Good job buddy, its a shame RB don’t offer two tone T Shirts – hehe.
Simon Sherry replied
Hey mate, thanks for the kind words, and glad to see the ‘decay’ comes across as well.
Two-tone tees… hmmmm, that would be cool.
