Thanks Steve, this was taken around mid to late afternoon. It wasn’t an overly bright day as there was plenty of cloud diffusing the sunlight. I find days like that best for using the black glass, particularly when you are after sky drama, cause the clouds tend to move better and with a bit of blue sky between and a polarizer, you can really make them dramatic and other worldly. Clouds tend to shift faster on overcast days too, so you get nice long streaks.
