Bonnie Blanton is an amateur photographer based out of Birmingham, Alabama. Currently her images are primarily focused on her travels throughout the world and right in her own backyard located in the Southeastern United States. Her ability to capture the world in a meaningful and sometimes whimsical look through the lens make her photographs unique and timeless.
After being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia nine years ago, Bonnie turned to photography to give her the focus she needed and to help her stay positive. The main symptoms of fibromyalgia are chronic fatigue, severe musculoskeletal pain, migraines and sleep disturbance. Photography has provided her with tools to cope and she is grateful for the many friendships she has made with fellow photographers as well. For more information on what Fibromyalgia is, click here.
